Tour Itinerary

Day : 1 Arrival in Guwahati – Transfer to Shillong (100 km / 2.5 hours)

Arrive at Guwahati and drive to Shillong. En route, visit the stunning Umiam Lake, a man-made reservoir surrounded by lush green hills. Spend the evening exploring Police Bazar, Shillong's lively market. Overnight stay in Shillong.

Day : 2 Shillong – Cherrapunjee (56 km / 2 hours)

After breakfast, drive to Cherrapunjee, one of the wettest places on Earth. Visit the mesmerizing Nohkalikai Waterfalls, the tallest plunge waterfall in India, and the multi-tiered Seven Sister Waterfall. Explore the fascinating Mawsmai Cave, known for its beautiful limestone formations. Overnight stay in Cherrapunjee.

Day : 3 Cherrapunjee – Double Decker Root Bridge Trek

Start early for the adventurous trek to the Double Decker Living Root Bridge, a unique man-made and natural wonder built from living roots. The trek takes you through lush forests and offers a true nature adventure. Overnight stay in Cherrapunjee.

Day : 4 Cherrapunjee – Mawlynnong – Dawki (90 km / 3 hours)

Travel to Mawlynnong Village, the cleanest village in Asia, known for its eco-friendly living and picturesque bamboo treehouses. Continue to Dawki on the Indo-Bangladesh border, where you’ll enjoy a boat ride on the crystal-clear Umngot River, famous for its transparent waters. Return to Shillong for an overnight stay.

Day : 5 Shillong Local Sightseeing

Explore Shillong’s famous spots, including Elephant Falls, a cascading three-step waterfall, and Shillong Peak, offering panoramic views of the entire city. Visit the Don Bosco Museum, which highlights the culture of the northeastern states. Overnight stay in Shillong.

Day : 6 Departure

Transfer from Shillong to Guwahati for your onward journey.

Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary.
Entrance Fees & Guide charges.
Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot).
Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure
Travel Insurance.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

Please note - Irrespective of above mentioned cancellations slabs - in case of cancellation of tour services after the booking is made with us - a minimum 10% service charges would be applicable.

In case you cancel the trip after commencement refund would be restricted to a limited amount that too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation and missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.
