Tour Itinerary

Day : 1 Guwahati – Shillong (ASSAM – MEGHALAYA)

Arrive Guwahati airport and drive to Shillong (140 kms / 4 hrs drive approx). Check-in Hotel and after refreshment if time permits we visit Cathedral of Marry and evening roam the Shillong’s famous Police Bazar on foot. Overnight in Shillong.

Day : 2 Shillong – (MEGHALAYA) Sighseeing

After breakfast drive to Shillong Sight seen visit the Don – Bosco Museum.Sky waker ,Elephant Falls,Shillong Peak Peak - to enjoy a bird’s eye view of Shillong city In the evening visit enjoy the boating in the century old Wards Lake. Umium Lake Later visit the Lady Hydri Park. Night, stay at in Shillong.

Day : 3 Shillong – Cherrapunjee (MEGHALAYA) Sightseeing

After breakfast drive to Cherrapunjee (60 kms / 2 hrs drive approx one way). We trek to Single Decker Living Root Bridge - 3-4 hours from the Resort. Distance 4 km down and up 1000 feet approx. This trek starts from the Resort premises and goes downhill through village Sohsarat. The steps are relatively steeper in two short stretches. Half the distance is covered by steps going downhill. Then there is a jungle path going along the sides of the hill leading to the Living Root Bridge with a few steps after short stretches of sloping foot path. Moss thrives on these sandstone steps during the monsoon and makes them slippery. Back trek to resort and evening at leisure with local music placed by the local boys. Overnight at Cherrapunjee.

Day : 4 Cherrapunjee – Shillong (MEGHALAYA)Sightseeing

After breakfast local sightseeing at Cherrapunjee. visit the famous Elephant Falls and Shillong Peak - to enjoy a bird’s eye view of Shillong city. At Cherrapunjee visit – Mawsmai Cave, Mawsmai Falls, Seven Sisters Falls and Nohkalikai Falls. After lunch at Cherrapunjee, visit Thankarang Park, Koh Ramhah and Khrem Falls Later drive back to Shillong. Overnight in Shillong

Day : 5 Shillong – Guwahati Airport (MEGHALAYA – ASSAM)

Morning after breakfast drive to Guwahati. (If time allow we will enjoy a short tour of Guwahati visiting Kamakhya Devi temple and other places of worth). Further transfer to the airport / railway station for onward connection.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

Please note - Irrespective of above mentioned cancellations slabs - in case of cancellation of tour services after the booking is made with us - a minimum 10% service charges would be applicable.

In case you cancel the trip after commencement refund would be restricted to a limited amount that too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation and missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.
